Training and Supervision

It is important for us to see the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) grow. We are offering supervision for future BCBAs and BCaBAs who are in ABA coursework. Seeing the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) grow is a central mission for us. We believe that expanding the reach and impact of ABA is vital for addressing the diverse needs of individuals with behavioral challenges. To contribute to this growth, we are dedicated to fostering the development of future Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs). This commitment is reflected in our robust supervision program, designed specifically for those currently engaged in ABA coursework

Our supervision program offers a comprehensive and structured pathway for aspiring BCBAs and BCaBAs. Recognizing the rigorous demands of the certification process, we provide detailed guidance and support throughout their journey. This includes mentorship from experienced and credentialed behavior analysts who are well-versed in both the theoretical and practical aspects of ABA. By sharing their expertise and insights, our supervisors help trainees build a strong foundation in the principles and practices of ABA.

One of the core components of our supervision program is hands-on experience. Trainees are given the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-world settings under the close supervision of our seasoned behavior analysts. This practical experience is invaluable for developing the skills necessary to design, implement, and evaluate effective behavior interventions. By working directly with clients, trainees gain a deeper understanding of the complexities and nuances of behavior analysis, preparing them for successful careers in the field.

Our supervision program also supports the development of essential soft skills, such as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. Effective behavior analysts must be able to work well with clients, families, and other professionals, requiring a high degree of interpersonal competence. Through supervised interactions and reflective feedback, trainees learn how to build rapport, engage in effective teamwork, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. These skills are critical for achieving positive outcomes and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.

At Reni Behavioral Health, our goal is to help families understand how treatment with Applied Behavior Analysis can help promote skills sets to provide or increase functional communication, independence and other skills necessary to promote a more independent living environment for the individual.  Through the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we collaborate with families throughout the process because we believe in team effort.  We implement intervention strategies that are evidence based to reduce behavior excesses while increasing skills your loved ones need to thrive in their everyday life.

At Reni Behavioral Health caring is just as important as collaboration!
